Q3. What is the difference between Xmanager Standard and Xmanager Power Suite?

Xmanager Power Suite is a product that integrates Xmanager 3D with OpenGL feature, Xshell, Xftp and Xlpd into a single package.

Q4. You have two types of license for educational institutions (Educational License and Campus License). What are the differences?

Educational license is a permanent license sold at an educational discount price. The number of users is limited to the number of users specified in your order.

Three campus licenses are available depending on the type of institution: CLS (campus wide), SLS (college wide) and DLS (department wide). Campus license is subscription based and the software is available for any member of the institution to use. Upgrade and patch are provided for free during the subscription period.

Campus license includes the same programs (Xmanager 3D, Xshell, Xftp and Xlpd) as Xmanager Power Suite.

Q5. Do you offer volume discount depending on the number of users?

With exception to the Campus license, per unit cost significantly decreases as the number of users increase. For more information on pricing, please visit our Price List page.

Q6. After I purchase your software, what kind of technical support can I expect?

We currently provide email support, online forum and online support request for faster and more accurate technical support.

Q7. What is your maintenance and upgrade policy?

You can purchase an upgrade package at an affordable discounted price.

Q8. Can I upgrade Xmanager Standard to Xmanager Power Suite?

Yes. You can upgrade from Xmanager Standard to Xmanager Power Suite. Please refer to here.

Q9. How can I pay on the online store?

We currently use Shareit for our online pay gateway system, and these are the types of payment methods they accept.

Q10. Do you provide secure credit card transaction?

We currently use Shareit for our online pay gateway system, and they offer MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by VISA for secure credit card transaction.

Verified by VISA

Verified by Visa offers you additional protection against unauthorized use of your credit card for online payments. To participate, you will need to sign up with your card-issuing bank and submit a password. When making payments for a credit card order, you will be transferred automatically to the card-issuing bank's Web site, where you will be required to enter your password. This method allows you to submit your password directly to the card-issuing bank. After verification and confirmation, your credit card will be charged and your order completed.

By entering the correct password on the card-issuing bank's Web site, you are authenticated as the rightful owner of the credit card. If an invalid password is entered, the order will not be completed.

If necessary, the card-issuing bank's Web site will ask you if you would like to set up the Verified by Visa Service.

Q11. I ordered your product online with my credit card but didn't get my product key. Where do I request it?

If you do not receive your product key within 4 hours after purchase, please go to our online Customer Services page and request for one or send us an email at sales @ netsarang.com.

Q12. I lost my product key. Where do I request it?

Customer information is securely stored in our database and you can retrieve it at any time using our online customer support page. You can retrieve your product key and license certificate using the Customer Services page.

Q13. I have bought your products before and now I want to buy more of the same product. Can I get discount?

Volume discount is applied based on the number of users at the point of sales. In other words, sales are not accumulative and we do not provide discount for additional purchase.

Q14. How do I update my email address and other user information?

To update your information, please send us the following information to sales @ netsarang.com. Product key, registered email address, new email address, new user information

Q15. Now that I have purchased Xmanager, do I need to download any install file? And how can I apply my product key?

Our evaluation copies are fully functional and there is no need to reinstall any additional software. To apply your product key, follow the steps below:

Xmanager:
  1. Open Xbrowser.
  2. From the Help menu, click About Xbrowser.
  3. Click Enter Product Key.
    RESULT: Registration window opens up.
  4. Enter your product key and click OK.
Xshell:
  1. Open Xshell.
  2. From the Help menu, click Register Xshell.
    RESULT: Registration window opens up. Enter your product key and click OK.
  3. Enter your product key and click OK.
